The Story

Pomodoro Restaurant opened in September 2004.
But to understand the real essence of our Restaurant, it's necessary to go back to the past.
It was the 1993 when the young Giuseppe began his instructive experience in the hotel-management school and, at the same time, he took up his working career, in the kitchens of various restaurants of Italy.
The strong love of his land with his desire to improve himself, grown during various years, prove him to create "Pomodoro Restaurant", the fruit of experience matured during many years, with the collaboration of his brother Enrico who had also took up a transversal career, which is complementary to the brother's activity, in the quality of Head Waiter and so of leader in this sector.
This is a new tale of passion, flavours, tradition and culture...
